一つハマったので、覚書。
car modの中にAndroid Autoを組み込んで、写真やyoutubeを流すということができます。
Android Autoの導入の仕方は、このサイトがわかりやすいです。

で、ポイントというのは、車の年式です。
Android Autoは2015年のプログラムのようです。
で、車の年式が2015年より前の設定にして、ゲームを起動すると、Android Autoの画面にエラーメッセージが出ます。
なんと、律儀に車の年式をチェックして、起動できないというメッセージを表示してます。
とりあえず、車の年式を2015以降にすれば、問題なく起動します。

2015年より前の年式の車の場合は、extension/ext_config.iniで、
[INCLUDE: android_auto/config.ini]
